Hello, so I wanted to talk about casinos and their verification systems when you are about to withdraw. On casinos, i usually play there is some verification forms, ID or passport picture, and stuff. But on a lot of casinos that I played on last couple days verification system was absolutely terrible. For example Platinum Casino i deposited 10 euros without any problem via skrill and it was done in second. 2hours later i was up 150euros and wanted to make a withdraw. I went to their withdraw option and saw that i have to verify , so they asked there for my ID picture Back/Front which i did an hour later i saw its approved but i still coudln't withdraw. So I contacted support and imagine what they legit asked me to send them. Picture of Passport - even if i send them my ID already. Bank Statement from a credit card which i didn't even get because in Serbia bank keeps it for themselves at least for the credit card i got. Utility Bill Statement that is no older then 3 months which i didn't have and i offered them my driver license picture where it clearly states my proof adress and they declined.
What's your opinion on this guys why are casinos like that even asking for such stuff i gave up eventually because it was impossible to negotiate with support and give them some other proof of adress they wanted everything they asked like i am going to some bank or something to withdraw 100,000$ lol.

Yeah, that's annoying but we must do it ! they didn't use logic ! skrill already verify our address etc what they ask. Since we success deposit with skrill, should be our identity is valid. On casino in my country term and condition for withdraw just same bank account we use to deposit, that's it and I never know there are complain about withdrawal.

In casino that i play usually on that is in my country its enough to just send ID proof for withdrawl but on this one i played yesterday it was literally nightmare.

You will need to send them a picture of your identity card, a bill of light picture or something else like a tv cable, internet, etc... but these addresses ( ID proof and a bill ) must to match. If you choose to withdraw by bank transfer, you can also send the picture with the contract but you'll need to paint the picture, to cover some figures. If you insist you will recover that money but you must to send these documents.

Guys. Is your money legitimately gained? Do you use a bank account in the same name as your passport and is your address on your bank account the same as on your driving licence and housing utility bill? If the answer to all of these questions is YES...then you have nothing to worry about and you should be happy to comply with the requests of your chosen casino.
Why is this i hear you ask?
It is simple. If you have answered yes to all of the above then you are very unlikely to be laundering money that you have gained by unlawful means through the casino (or anywhere else).
The whole thing is to stop criminals gambling with stolen money so that they can then cash it out as legitimate money.

thats why best thing is to use some big casino site and famous site where you know that you wouldnt have problems with payouts and any document things!when casino site isnt so big,you can have this kind of problems and everything can be wrong!but you must give all documents that they want,if you want that they make cashout to you!its not same if you want to give them some other document,than this that they ask for you!

Yeah i usually use the most popular casino in my country that i never had any problem with withdrawing but i just decided to play on some other site and then this happened. Still i think its fish move when they do that when i am about to withdraw , there should be a rule that if they are asking for so many documents that they should ask before you make a deposit.

Of course its my money rofl , if they want to stop "CRIMINALS" from gambling on their sites they should say them to verify before they deposit but that's not the case right? its just an excuse. Anyway how could they even prevent gambling with stolen money when they are literally letting you deposit whenever you wan't without any verification. And about cashout i deposited over SKRILL so its not someone stoled credit card or something.

It is normal in many casinos to ask for ID,proof of adress and proof of deposit.I usually done verification before deposit so i avoid situation to not payout because of that.I have phone bill or bank statement for proof of adress but some casinos dont aproved that ,some ask me to my bank statement be in color which was imposibille in my bank,but i somehow managed to verified and got money on that casino. Many scum casino take advantage of that and no pay.Bigdolar casino was call me plus documents sent.

The biggest problem is bank statement for me too I'am going tommorow to bank to try to get it because we don't get that in serbia atleast for my card that i have hopefully i figure it out cashout and close my accounts on casinos like that.

for me,one rule is very stupid and they should ask for something else!this rule about utility bill!it todays world and especially if you are very young and live with parents,how the hell you will have any bill on your name?you can have mobile,but on prepaid,so you dont have any bill! its same for example if your wife want to gamble and everythins is on husband,how she will have something on hers name? on all other things you can give them and should be enough to give passport,driving licence,even picture where you hold document in hand!
Of course, when verifying a casino, the most problematic position is the utility bill .... For example, I live in an apartment that belongs to my mother .... and therefore the utility bill comes in her name .... so I just physically can't provide this document .... explain This casino caliper is almost impossible therefore there are problems

Yeah I'am 21 living in house with parents but on different floor still doesn't matter because my dad pays the bills even if i give him 50% of the money. I tried to explain that to them about 5 times and they said 10times that its not their problem and that they do not care how the hell am i supposted to take them picture of bills , start magically paying them ?

well, thats their rules. i never play casinos but poker (its same i guess). anyways, i have my own rule, copyyy2k: i do NEVER deposit before my accouont hasnt been approved. i send them all the stuff they want. after i receive the mail "your account has been verifcated" i do a deposit. that way your always on the safe side.

Bank statement have to be enough instead of a utility bill because many people not get ultilites on their name (if you live with your parents or rent with two or more guys - like me) but a bank statement has everything on it from card information to address and of course you couldn't open one without a valid ID. We'll see. Some places just like to to put 48-72 hours between deposits and withdrawals.

And yet there are a couple of sites asking for a verification prior to any play in their platforms. You can do that yourself also, before even the casino or whatever site si that you play. Verify your account before the start of your play. When you get approved then you can proceed. That way your cash out will be without any hassle and faster too.

Yeah i will do it from now on the thing is that when i wen't to their verification it literally said 3 steps and only required ID then when i contacted support they send me some link where it explained that you need to upload 5-6 documents if i knew i wouldn't even deposit there for sure.

Well sometimes if I understand that it is annoying but I think it is necessary then: / I really do not know much because where I am there is hardly 1 casino and it is not too big to say and there is not much problem with the theme of the retreats and there is no Prizes as big as elsewhere

I think that big site,like paddy power,party poker and casino,unibet,poker stars....didnt ask me at any time for utility bill or something like that!only some dcoument was enough and thats was whole story!I am member on this and other sites for so many years,so ofcourse I cant remember of everything,but its different when its some smaller site in game!
