It is not hard to find out if you are eligible for a bonus or not, country wise. If it is not in their general terms as a site, or in the terms of the specific promotion, then you can ask support. There is no reason, signing up in a site, if you havent verified the fact, that you can play there.

Most of all, I certainly did not like that my letter was left unanswered .... This suggests that the support of this casino does not work as it should work ..... if they receive a letter from the player, they must respond in some way .. .to respond ... to explain ... but not to ignore my letter ... Ten days is a lot of time to wait for an answer to a question like this. I wonder if the question had to do with payments, how long would have taken for them to answer. All the sites respond in a flash, when your question is about depositing money. After that the time drops, and in some sites it drops dramatically
