you are allowed to buy 5000 points for each weekly draw, if your number comes up twice then why not get double points, you can also buy 5000 points and win nothing so it evens out

No We have a draw for X amount of $50 prizes. Each $50 is drawn based on how many tickets you have. If you only have 1 ticket then you cannot win twice, if you have several tickets you can win several times - you have the same chances as everybody else
------------ It's like if you go to the local ticket booth once a week and buy 500 tickets, then because you win on one of them it doesn't mean that you cannot win on any of the others, as each of them is an entry into winning

Not with just 1, as I recall. I get an e-mail for each winner with some info about how many tickets they had etc., and I think the one with the lowest amount is less than 50. But often winners have like 3000-4500 tickets
