Hardcore Poker Show talked to Mike Matusow about Russ Hamilton and the cheating that was going on at UltimateBet and Absolute Poker. Mike states Russ is "100% Guilty" and has evidence to prove it. You can listen to Mike Matusow at
-Russ Hamilton was one of the previous owners of UB before Tokwiro Enterprises purchased it. -The superuser account names nvtease/NoPaddles/sleepless were traced to an address in Nevada – the home address of Russell Hamilton.
Possible Russ Hamilton's Defense; A friend either purposefully or inadvertently set him up.
I'd like to hear what evidence Mike has. Unfortunately Mike cannot discuss details due to upcoming court case.

i was one of the players on UB affected by this fool , i have recieved a full reimbursement from UB an apolgy and free entry to the 200k. I didnt even know i was being scammed so give credit to UB without there investigation i would be none the wiser.

this will bring some truth back to AP/UB.
but 5 years wouldnt be enough in my opinion. you already get 5 years if you steal 5 cars for an value of 200.000 i think, and here we are talkin about millions and who knows how many betrayed users. hope this guy get what he deserves aka pickin up some soap

T3ddyKGB, I don't think he will go to jail. Probably get away with it or get fined. Mike said he'll get him for tax evasion if he can't get him for fraud lol (But he didn't say it directly).
bakera, I remember you talking about getting it awhile ago. Nice you got your money back but how do you know you got all the money back? Matusow said he probably only got half of it back.

a law is there to scare off other people doing criminal things like this. and if this guy doesnt go to jail then it encourage me to do online fraud...what a joke. well we will see.
