I DID contact them, and they told me to contact you, and that you were the ones who could solve the problem. They claimed they couldn't do anything on their part.

I'm sorry they gave you that treatment, but I really don't see how they expect us to be able to look into their systems and see what YOUR account is not eligible to register in the freeroll. We setup the tournaments so only players who signed up through our links can register the freeroll, and your account must be real money (partypoker terms due to the freeroll being real money).
As much as we'd love a direct connection to their user database ( ) I'm afraid we can't do much for you on this matter

I'll give them another call, but just to make sure; I've signed up through u and have recieved a bankroll through u, so I should thereby be automatically qualified, right? As much as we'd love a direct connection to their user database ( ) I'm afraid we can't do much for you on this matter

Yes you do have an account through us, that received the no deposit bonus - and you wouldn't receive that bonus, unless it was created through us. So I don't understand why you can't register for the freeroll.
However, obviously I don't know what account you use at partypoker, if you still use the one you created through bankrollmob, which I hope you do
) I'm afraid we can't do much for you on this matter
