Which was your biggest downswing?  0
I had 120$ in my mansion account and I played 5$ heads up and in the last days 5$ Double or Nothing.I lost some buy-ins and I just can't stop.I playied after that 2x10$ Super Turbo's and lost them. Now I have 60$ in my account and want to stop this bad run in order to not loose my entire bankroll.I want some advices from experienced players who were in my place sometimes, and i want some advices to get out of this tilt

Hi.
I am not a very experienced poker player, but I know that's wrong to play these tournaments with such a bankroll. What you need is a bankroll management. For 5$ tournaments you need a bankroll of 150$ (30 buy-ins, but better would be 50 buy-ins, so 250$). I hope you know now what you have done wrong, you played over your limit, so every downswing kills your bankroll.
Next time I wish you more luck Smile

Yes,i know i played over my limit and out of bankroll. But,for example,at lower stake, the fees are huge,20%,and has no sense to play these Double or Nothing Sit&go'es

Only thing i feel to suggest is not to play superturbo sng, cause there luck is more important than skill.
and give up a bit when u have a downswing, read some poker strategy and be critical about your playing style.
good luck

First of all you should calm down, go drink something tonight instead of playing, and tomorrow, when you restart your PC and enter in Mansion, you should look at the watch to see if you have time to play before you start. If you do, you will do it in the first level you used to (you said $5 heads up, dont go higher trying to recover faster because the fall will be bigger). Dont sit at a table, enter one with one player waiting. You dont want to go away fast, you want to calmly start winning, so that in a couple of days you have again $120 in your acount or more. Calm is the secret to success. Stressed players only go all-in successful for three times, the forth they hit against a pair of aces! Blink

Haha, just play without keeping track of your money Blink, play for fun...
But if you don't want to do that, just go with what the guy above said.

Ohh my bigest downswing was $680 in about 30min..
I hade a good night on FTP but i was drinking aswell (i know the two shouldnt mix). Big Smile
I was approx $400 up but didnt want to go to bed so i played a HU $1/$2 with some dude ( i should have smelt a rat when i saw he was registered in all the HU games and was seated with well over $2k across the tables.
I sat down with $300 against his $700 and lost it all in the second hand i had KQ and flop come K83 i bet out $50 and he went all in Shock I thought he was bluffing (i dont know why i thought he was bluffing i had only played 1 hand with him, it must have been the drink! Tongue
So i called and he had AA and then he had all my $$$.
So as any drunk idiot would do i brought another $380 to the table and proceeded to loose that quite quickly as he was very aggressive and i just got on the back foot waiting for a good hand that didnt come i was soon down to about $250 and went all in out of despiration and drunken dispair with a low pocket pair (i cant even remember now) and lost that aswell.
So i turned the P.C. off and staggered up to bed............... misrable....... Disagree Sad Disagree

Never play higher stakes to win back your losses.

Know the feeling... Its dangerous not to stop when you are on a loosing-streak! or winning-streak for that sake.
Don't have that bad downswings, but the key is to quit when you are on the top.. Smile

I don't quit at the right time and i busted my entire bankroll. Now i need a brake, and start with another bankroll.I am very mad and nervous on myself.I don't know what should i do next.I play very well at the beggining, increased my bankroll slow and slow, and now everything it's gone. Aww crap!

When I'm on a bad run, I like to watch my Card Runners and Deuces Cracked videos again to help me get my head straight, seems to work quite well.

well, as you can see from my BRM profile, I've take a "few" no dep offers.. same story on all of them.. I build up a nice roll (nothing massive, but normally $100US give or take a little) and then I lose say $10-$20 - go on mad tilt and hit the higher limit tables to try and recover my bankroll and even if i hit on these tables, by this time I've kicked into gambling overdrive and I'll just thrash it until bust.

Grr.. bad gambling habbits really, to be honest, I was very bad habitual gambler before playing poker.. poker curbs my gambling habbit, which is great, but my gambling habbit/tendancies destroy mypoker game likewise.

Now i play and deposit at PKR.. no roll atm due to above mentioned practises, but they have reload bonus next week so I'll put maybe another $50 on. If I can get disciplined, I'm honestly a decent player. most likely +ev in long run..

But either way, I dont really mind my poker downswings/busts.. cause honestly, compared to days of casinos and nearby ATMs.. lol "forget about it"

My biggest downswing was 350$ in a week, and this was when I played Fixed limit (i no play No-limit).

Combination of bad-play and badbeats. Never hit my own draws and the opponent alwasy hit his draws.
