Harrington on Cash Games, Volume I & II are pretty good books.. it gives you an insight in more advanced (deepstack) cash games, it makes you think more about your game.. It is not an easy-to-read manual on how to beat the micro stakes, if that's what you're looking for.. Harrington is very thorough in describing all aspects of the game, and he gives a lot of concrete examples, the only thing i was missing is a chapter about 6max games

Little green book is a very good book.
About Dan Harrington, only got a quick read on Harrington on Holdem, it was an excellent book, but I rarely play MTT, I am waiting to read Harrington on Cash but couldn't get it yet, will try to earn it from some room's VIP program.
Super System II "AKA the Poker Bible Revisited" is also a great book.
