First time I played at a Casino, it was pretty fun! I played $5/$10 limit..Ended up $57.50 I hate limit, and every hand is like 6 way to the flop lol. Wish I hit one set.. The cool thing is, the casino is only 20min bike ride from my place so I can go there any time I want. There were so many different kind of poker games..including Three Card Poker which my friends liked.

Iv playd a few pub games but never at a casino, last time i went to a casino i ended up mainly playing BJ with a great crowd, was fun but no win. Pub games are great but its like mixing 10NL with 10KNL but great fun. So thats it now Geneyuss, the casinos got your No, your gonna be a reg.play safe.

i been playing in casino's for years and had a few wins i went down a few weeks ago i came 6th but a friend f mine won the game and got a ticket to play in a touny on tv against apparently the devil fish and many other players( uk players will know who he is) so live games rule!!

way to go man,live poker is awsome,i play sunday night home game every week and casino twice a week.try all games in the casino,except for the odd coin in slots,which are a rip off.i love carribean poker.great game.the more you go the more you learn,and become more comfortable iin the live play.gl.
Live to me is more fun than online in some ways, you get to see the opp's face to face and people act different in person. Can't talk crap like u see people chatting online or else they may be asked to leave after a warning. Nobody laughs cause the guy is right there to stand up for himself vs when some punk starts to talk smack from a diff country. The atmosphere is cool too!

LIVE is poker imo,online is just another variant of poker to me lol I have only played live 3 times now and its gr8,only problem is that our minimum tables in our country is about 60$ with blinds at 0.50/1$ which is really high for a 19 year old like me with a mini minimum wage job lol... Atleast i doubled up 2 of the three times I played live due to AA which actually hold up live 8 out of 10 times unlike online.
Would like to get a steady bankroll online grinding so that i can go play live a bit more,think you learn alot more that way!!!
Just 1 question,you played limit 5$/10$ and ended up with a profit of 50$?Isn't that just 1 hand you wond seeing that its most of the time 6 who see the flop?

dlkiv, Ya I played at the CNE. I didn't know it's only open 1 month of the year. I had to wait like 1.5 hours on the waiting list..that sucked lol, maybe I should go earlier next time.
B1gfoot, what is knl? Ya, I prob won't be a regular, the casino its only open for 1 more week So maybe I'll go once more before it closes.
shokaku, ya playing against the house, you will always lose. My friend's both lost $200 each. What kind of house game do you play?

Thean, Ya, the pots easily hit $100, sometimes $250 so $50 is not much but it's nice to leave with something

Well done GeneYuss, not bad ending with a profit in first live session . I explode after 30 min live if I haven't got a hand ok maybe that is exaggerated but going from 300+hands/hour to 20-30hands/hour requires some patience which isn't my strongest side
Casino Copenhagens cash games are dominated by chinese mafia(or so I was told) mixed with drunken online pro's so you need a couple of BI's to play that game and I think smallest game is NL1K$. So my only live games are $20 S&G's with my friends
