Today is the beginning of WSOPE which is the European version of The World Series of Poker. The first event is a NL Holdem event with a buy in of £1575. This series is going to go on until the 2nd October and before the main event get started at the 27th of September another two events will be played.
Event 2 is a H.O.R.S.E tournament with a £2650 buy in. After this event number 3 is going to be played which is a PL Omaha event with a buy in of £5250, this event will go on for 3 days.
After this event it will be time for this year's edition of WSOPE Main Event. In 2008 the winner was the Norwegian 19 year old Annette Obrestad who took down the huge prize pool of £1 000 000. The prize pool this year is expected to be even bigger and it will be very interesting to see who will be the winner this year.
But I guess those are only for the big guys.. ill just keep playing on my computer for small blinds
