UK Paperboy Wins £4 Million Playing Online Poker

Posted on 19 March 2009 by "M".

21 year old Andrew Feldman from Watford, a previous paperboy have won £4 Million playing online poker since he made the choice to leave his job to pursue a carrier as a poker player. The £4 million was won over less than three years which has to be considered an amazing achievement. It seems like the former paperboy is now living a life in luxury as he has already bought a £90.000 Audi R8 and a $500.000 house.

When Andrew started out playing online poker it was the game of Texas Holdem that he found the most attractive. He started playing at the smallest stakes possible with only a buy in of £1 at a time. It didn't take him long to start winning some tournaments and after just a couple of months he was playing in the bigger games on the site.

In an interview he said: "It wasn't long before I was earning more in a day playing poker than I would do in five years delivering newspapers."

Feldman who was earning £25 a week working as a paperboy have now signed up with the online poker room FullTilt Poker where he will be a part of Team FullTilt. As a member of this team he will be playing some of the largest tournaments in the world.

Mah, personally I always have so many doubts when I hear stories like this; I think most of times is only merchandising.

Well fair play to him, but 21 and has a paper round, WTF, ambitious person then.
Bet he is the envy of all paperboys now, with his top of the range bike and coustem sacks.

If the workshy git had got a proper job he'd have done it even quicker lol
 dmelchart21/03/2009 05:38:53 GMT
I don't think it's fair to make fun of him for only working as a paper boy, for all we know he could have been going to school to pursue a higher education and all he could work was a part time job as a paper boy.
