Jeff Lisandro, the most successful poker player in this WSOP (3 bracelets won) keeps on impressing. Now he's doing very well in the Main Event as well as he has made it from Day 1 to Day 2. Now the question is, can he make it all the way to the money, or maybe he can even take down the whole tournament?
Day 1a, b & c of the Main Event are now over. Out of the three days, Day 1c attracted the biggest starting field so far. Not less than 1,696 players took part this day. In the lead of the Main Event Day 1c we find Joe Cada with 187,000 chips and Tyler Patterson on a second place with 165,00. On 6th place we find no one else than Jeff Lisandro himself with 146,950 chips. Examples on other notable players that made it from Day 1c to Day 2 are, Joe Hachem, Dan Harrington, Dennis Philips and Howard Lederer.
Now there is only Day 1d to go before Day 2 kicks off on Wednesday. Day 1d will have the biggest starting field since over 2,400 players already have signed up. Lots of action to expect with other words in Day 1d of the main event!
