has been fighting for quite some time now to get the rights to a domain/website that has been used by someone else to make money in his name. The domain was bought 5 years ago by Yevgen Kedashov who has lured people that he's the real Gus Hansen. All this just so he could make some extra money. But now, 5 years later, justice has been done as Gus Hansen finally gets the rights to the domain/site that has been using his name to make money.
He got the rights to the domain thanks to that he joined Safenames - an online domain registration which protects names and brands. Safenames came to the conclusion that the owner, Yevgen Kedashov, had been using the domain with a bad purpose, and therefore Gus Hansen should get the rights to the domain. Gus Hansen's lawyer is very pleased with what Safenames did for Gus Hansen, and he thinks that this could help other celebs and companies with similar problems.
