High Stakes: Viktor Blom won $639k in July

The Swedish poker phenomenon Viktor "Isildur1" Blom, 20, is doing extremely well lately. In fact, he has been running good the whole summer and is the second most successful player online this year. In total, Viktor Blom has won $411,837 this year, and July was his best month with a profit of 639,056. The only one who beats him is Andreas "Skjervoy" Torbergsen, from Norway, with $481,436 won this year. Torbergsen, like Blom, won big in July - $610,895 - one of the best months in his entire career!

Now Blom can go rest on a good vacations, he sure deserves, after this wins! I dont know why i continue caring about my 9to5, this is the work, the job of a life, american dream no so american as it used to be, but right here in front of everyone at the distance of a monitor!

Sick session lately by Isildur1 indeed, it seemed to be unstoppable but this was common for the times when he played at ipoker(15 hours sessions) Smile

He also had some moments when he started to lose big, he was at minus 250.000 at one point but it seemed he really respects a brm now Evil

Lets hope others will join the sick PLO action at pokerstars Big Smile

in between his crazy swings he has managed to put up nice profit but he can lose that much in just two sessions. kinda unlikely for him to be still at second best winner at end of year.

Actually, he's loose, but he's good post flop and is good at agression, wich by itself wins a lot of pots. But Yeah I don't think he even knows what fear means Big Smile
