APPT Queenstown: No one could stop Marcel Schreiner

When 2 days of the APPT Queensland main event had been played there were 21 players left - only 3 of them were not from Australia and New Zealand. Marcel Schreiner, from Germany, was one of them and he had more than double the chips than the player in second place - Tom Grigg from Australia. Just like many expected, Schreiner's chip lead was too great for anyone to be able stop him from shipping the tournament and the first prize of NZ$94,300. A big congratulations to the winner!

I didn't really watched this tournament but i do know he had a huge chip lead so it was of course of of the biggest favourites out there.

As for the prize, it's not really that big but again a win, it's a win and this advertised tournaments give you much more than just money, they also give you a lot of rep Smile

Congrats to the winner anyways! Blink
