EPT Tallinn: Day 1a is over

Tags: ept tallinn, Robert Romanello.
Posted on 03 August 2011 by "T".

Only 24 players got knocked out during the first starting day of the EPT Tallinn Main Event. This means that 68 players are through to Day 2 of the tournament. In a big lead is Maksim Kolosov from Russia with a 102,725 stack. Kolosov played fantastic poker during Day 1a and has a 20,000 lead over Robert Romanello, from UK, in second place with 83,175 chips.

Today, the EPT Tallinn crew are expecting a greater field than the first starting day and also more notables. We will return with an update as soon as Day 1b comes to an end. Stay tuned!

about 1/4th player knocked out on day 1a, maybe they all were playing too cautiously.
but maybe we'll see more people going out on day 2.
and looks like no big pro is interested in this EPT

So, if from 100, only 24 out, and Kolosov has "big lead" of 102k chips, with how many chips did they started? It has to be a big number of starting chips...

A lot of tight players there, which is understandable. Nobody wants to get kicked out in the first day.
