Nice space. Enough to put a big sofa and a table to the notebook. The rest, a big bath tube to relax between games, and a nice clean window to enjoy the view while playing. $4 million for something like this, looks reasonable for a pro!

nope for $3,990,000 i definitely will not buy, a totally different thing if it was for a more reasonable price like $3,989,999. that i would consider very seriously, now it's just funny to see the dude trying to make the deal happen- forget it, come to reality phil. and yep it looks nice enough

What a wonderful way to waste 4 million dollars. I'd be in the country with a nice home, woods, pond and of course 4 bathrooms. That's how many we had in our llast home and they're a necessity.
As for NYC! It's okay to visit, but life is fast paced due to taking so much time to get from point A to point B. Not that I lived there, lived in Seatle, L.A. and outside Vegas. Big cities take your life to fast.
