PartyPoker Premier League update

The first 2 rounds of Group A in PartyPoker Premier League V have come to and end. Tony G took home the win in the second round for 16 points (and $32,000), while Erik Seidel finished second for 11 points. Tony G and Phil Laak now have 20 points each.

Group A - results after 2 rounds
1) Tony G, $40 000 / 20 points
1) Phil Laak, $40 000 / 20 points
3) Sam Trickett, $28 000 / 14 points
4) Erik Seidel, $26 000 / 13 points
4) Andy Frankenberger, $26 000 / 13 points
6) Eugene Katchalov, $18 000 / 9 points
7) Matt Frankland, $16 000 / 8 points
8) Luke Schwartz, $6 000 / 3 points

Also the first round of Group B has been played. Patrik Antonius from Finland ended up winning it and received $32,000 and 16 points. Scott Seiver is in second place with 11 points ($22,000).

This is another nice way to try to find a winner at poker, doing a league. Could it also be real in this league that they can reach to a final general winner that had never won any of the tourneys? This is possible in cycling for example, if a guy finishes everyday in 2nd and the first one changes constantly, the guy finishing regularly in 2nd will have more points than the others... And how many rounds will this have?

Lol I seems I was wrong so far Smile two minutes ago I posted on the first news regarding this tournament that the animals brought by Tony G won't protect him enough lol.. god job Tony..keep up the good work!! One day i'll play next to them(just only a dream Smile) Tongue) althought it's not so difficult to achieve..Hmm I might be thinking about that Blink
