 PokerStars online tournament series for everyone who loves big prize pools for small buy-ins is soon back! MicroMillions II kicks off on July 12th and will be on until 22nd (10 days in total). It will include 100 events with buy-ins from only $0.11 and there will be tournaments running around the clock and millions of dollars in guaranteed cash prizes to fight for!
On top of that, PokerStars gives a free $3.30 MicroMillions ticket to players who deposit $20 or more. The ticket can be used to 27 events on the schedule + you can use the ticket to a special Main Event mega satellite on July 22nd. Click here for further information!

It’s always nice to have some bonus when making a new deposit, and Stars likes to invest in this type of marketing, but for most of the players, this only means a contribution to the prize someone else is going to take. PS has lots of experienced MTT players, and a bunch of others who, even not being expert, plays lots of tourneys like this. I like to play MTT’s, but here we are talking about large field ones (like almost all in Stars), which turns things very difficult. And investing time on this for coming out after two or three hours without having reached the paid places, can become painful, when happening more than once. Good luck for all who will enter this marathon, and if you see me there, please don’t put me all-in, let me at least reach the paid places

Right !! Play MTT at smaller site with 100 player or less more make sense to make money for me.
That's big event looks like for player with a lot of luck, lol. But trying is not bad, just don't hope too much. just enjoy the game.

In MTTs on smaller sites you obv. make more FTs,but the prizes for the specific positions are alot smaller too. Your expected ROI in stars MTTs is also much bigger than on smaller sites,especially in donkfests like these micromania ones.
For me my plan is to get back into MTTs during this series (I play pretty much SNGs only right now),play some events + regular MTTs and lower the variance by playing big SNG volume at the same time.
Variance in these large field MTTs can really be disgusting,but it's always nice to hunt these big scores too!

| i think this is a great promotion- stars usually offer similar promotions throughout the year and it is very recommended to take them, because as long as it's free it's free! here's the scheme- deposit $20 with no intention of playing a single hand- get the $3.30 ticket- use it whatever way you like, if make any profit- you have yourself a starting bankroll, if no profit- blame the rigged software, bots, etc. and btw in any case withdraw your $20 back in your online wallet

0.11 MTT ...wow didn't think PS would make such a tourney - that can only be a donk fest but still if the prize is sweet enough i guess its a fun low buyin.
what sort of fields dothese attract? I'm assuming there's 5k plus even 10k players??

I just got an email from POkerstars about it before i've read this news and it sounded pretty good...
I mean for those that 20 dollars is not a problem to deposit i think should try it out since you have nothing to lose

A free ticket is always something nice to get but, unless it’s one’s speciality, it must be looked as one other chance to have fun at the tables. You said it all Serpang. And if I meet you there, don’t worry, I will try not to eliminate you. If you see me all-in and I have more chips than you, that may mean I am strong.

 but I will not play there cos I have poor luck, just won small prize like beMyAtm said.
maybe we will meet at PKR. I intend to deposit there. I am old member but never deposit

| In this mtt's with so many players you mustn't expect some big cash wining, play wisely, be patient, at first just keep trying to stay in some avg chips, and ofc you will need luck to get into cash...
