Full Tilt to Reopen in November?

Posted on 30 July 2012 by "T".

Last Friday it was reported by numerous sources that PokerStars had finalized a deal with the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) to pay back frozen Full Tilt Poker player funds. Besides that, some people claimed that Full Tilt Poker will be back online in November this year.

The rumor that PokerStars is interested in buying Full Tilt Poker started popping up already in April this year. It came as a huge surprise since the French investment group Group Bernard Tapie had been the potentional buyer for several months. Something that added fuel to these rumors was when Alex Dreyfus, CEO of Chili Gaming, wrote that PokerStars had paid $750 million to acquire Full Tilt and settle its outstanding legal issues with DOJ.

There had been so much false rumors about this case in the past two years. I only believe they will reopen, if i can log into my account there.

To much rumours were spread around in the past that I don´t believe anything of these any more.
Would be nice if FT reopens, because I liked to play there, but it then should be different from Stars as it was in the past.

I have known a portuguese guy who has $300,000 to receive from FT. After i heard his story, i didn’t felt sorry for him because he’s one of those guys who walks on the streets with coins jumping over the pockets, but i bet it will make some difference if he happens to get the Money again.

they keep dragging this on and on. i wonder why it takes so long to make a decision. PS or Bernard Tapie. decide already, and put FT back on!

maybe one happy day we will be able to open full tilt lobby and find a cool million sitting there - for moral compensation Smile i liked full tilt, great software, nice tourney selection, lots of opponents at various limits, i liked panda and dracula avatars too Smile full tilt i am waiting for you to be back

blah blah blah.

this is worse than football transfer news - full of rumour speculation and 95% bullshit.

It does not matter any more.
Possibly a bad buy for PS, other than for HS players who will suck their d1ck for getting their money back.
FT has been gone for too long for people to go back and play, they have moved on, everything they had that made them good has now been jumped on.
I personally have wrote off the money, if I get it back I will be putting it towards a motorbike.

Yes its a 125, but the law say have to have one!!!!!(not got my CBT)
OT, nice to see admin made amendments to the pic links.. Worship

But will U.S. players be part of their agenda to get things flowing again. I don't understand what the root cause was for the DOJ to step in unless it was all about taxes. I mean, what makes Carbon legit to allowing U.S. citizens play and there seems to be no issues?

full tilt poker will be back online within 90days.
the only down side is that its going to be run by pokerstars. which means no rakeback and no accumulating points pretty quickly.

not sure on "CBT". But in Australia - your first bike (when you're a 'learner') can be up to 250..
 B1gfoot04/08/2012 19:03:47 GMT
It's a ll a bit confusing here TBH.
Everything seams to say to pass my CBT i need a 125 with no more than 14.6bhp (11kw).
But once passed I am limited to 33bhp (25kw)
BUT! it is all aimed at age, nothing is clear
As I am just over the age of 21, just, it seams to say I can have any size bike!

Now I think I can ride a bike up to 125 without CBT on my car license(l plates), and due to age can pass a test for 33bhp+ without having to ride a 125 for 2 years.
So if that is the case, then I might just get a 600 and go for the test, I have plenty of off roading experience.

Or just sod them, LOL, no one is going to catch me!!

lol I'm sure you can just ask your road authority.. Age makes a big difference here too, if you're over 25 I think, then it makes it way easier to get your car or bike license.
