G'day mates
Well i wonder if I should apply to do this specific blog thing for BRM. Does anyone think people might find my stuff interesting. I could talk about my writing and discuss my Bankroll Management Thread. What do you all think? Would my blogging be of interest to other non-forum members? best wishes all be cool

Well sounds interesting but I think I do not have enough free time to spent on it. Sometimes I do not play poker for a week due to family issues.... yes a wife and 2 kids need also some time... I would defenitely read the blogs if they are from regular members here... just think tat others have more to tell than me... (or more time)

Well let s say .. I am married for over 10 years now and I wish to keep it that way...
We have some agreements about poker (as we also have about other things)
Such as I do not deposit to play poker , unless my wife agrees (not to get addicted and play with our family money) Actually I have never deposited on a poker site.. I always got soem NDP bonusses orbuilt up from nothing through freerolls, and from BRM (thx to the mobpoints) I have a bankrolls of +/- 100 euro at several sites.. and playing poker is just amusement for me

This is a very interesting idea, but to be honest I think it would be much better, if The BankrollMob pay montly salaries in Mob Points to those 10 chosen BankrollMob members.
Just a personal opinion.

Phisix | 27/11/2013 20:43:39 GMT |
Not a bad incentive but some people would only come to write blogs just for those extra points. I am sure most decent people would do it if this was not there.

+548,000 BankrollMob members If this is true that means 90% of all these members are non active, just they don't use their accounts. Because I find maximum 70 members who are active in the forum.
+548,000 members and only 70 who post in the forum Weird This is a mistery!

Exciting Project time at BRM! There are a few people who post threads and contribute regularly in the forum that would potentially be very good bloggers, but more than exciting I think it would be more interesting to see who could keep most people's attention over a period of time.
Maybe in two years time when I have more time on my hands will I find time maybe to think of joining in.
Good luck to whomever is selected.

i would recommend (in random order): * Redvulture- for his real passion towards other mobsters * TheWhiningMan - for his mustache * Dunotra/Samtoace- for his political views and rational mind * random "give me $2 will pay you back tomorrow" dude - for his/her honesty
need time to figure out who the other 6 dudes would be...but this bunch would already offer some reading...i bet my play money bankroll they would

It's pretty tempting but you need to play a lot and daily in order to have subjects to make posts daily.
Even if all those members are ot active many visit the site and i'm pretty sure that if they find something interesting will hit the link and start reading

I have an intereseting assortment of poker stories to share... from personal experience comes a diversity of poker play as I have developed. I look forward to submitting and hopefully I can share with my bankrollmob cohorts. I don't consider myself a professional player but I like to play.

Although I have nothing very interesting to share I definitelywould like to read some blogs abour poker, especially related to some kind of personal challenge, like the RoninHarper bankroll managemnet challenge.
Hopefully some bloggers will appear!

is it posting every day? or do you send 1 or 2 blog posts a week? Im one who came to this site/community for the Pokerstars freeroll and read the threads under poker news if they seem interesting. But rarely comment, and find it hard because of their english

If I get paid $1000 montly salary I will agree and accept to make a very interesting blog! Plus I will have motivation to do it! You can pay my salary in Mob Points as well!
Nowadays, who works just for the glory This is a very serious job!
I would accept to work for Zendesk Bankrollmob Support as well but with a higher salary of course. Plus I have the experience because I already worked for Party and Titan Poker.

This! Poker story's, growth, experience among other things is what is really interesting to read about. Busto to robusto storys as well are really great. Looking forward to seeing you and Mahdrof write some blogs if it happens.
Jessthehuman would be a good read as well if he did one I believe.

Yeah it looks like a great idea, I wonder who will be blogging daily. My money on pochui lol. Anyway this is a great way for promoting BRM, the more people that comes to the sites the more income they will get and in turn BRM can improve their offers and offers games etc.
Anyway I would not be able to blog daily as I am kinda busy in real life. Cheers, i'll definitely be following whoever that is blogging. Good luck and great idea!

Thank you Phisix! If selected to write a blog (I already sent the application to BRM), it will be much more poker oriented than the blog I have maintained semi-regularly for the past two and a half years. My plan is to build a roll to fund poker, live tournies and gambling. By the time 2014 is over I hope to have had a lot of new experiences, and to have either make a crap load of money or to be back at my original roll. Keeping my fingers crossed.

this looks like a very interesting project....!! and peter7878 i think that there are a lot mobers who read posts in the forum whithout replying... like i do most of the time. because there are not as many interesting new threads imo! so this blog project is even more a cool thing to keep the forum fresh. cheers
