Final Table Set @ WPT Montreal

Only six players remain after four days of intensive play at the PartyPoker WPT Montreal Main Event at the Playground Poker Club in Canada. Day 3 chip leader Sylvain Siebert is still in the lead and will bring 8.4 million chips to today's televised final table.

Unfortunately several big names busted during Day 4, including Ludovic Lacay (9th) and Champions Club members Amir Babakhani (7th) and Jonathan Little (17th), but experienced poker professional Mukul Pahuja and 2013 WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open runner-up Lily Kiletto are still still in the competition.

However, Kiletto (picture above) will only bring 370,000 (6 bb) to play today, so it's not very likely that she will survie more than a few hands at the final table. Pahuja, on the other hand, will bring a healthy 5.9 million (99 bb) stack to the final table and has a great chance of going all the way to the title and the first prize of half a million dollars!

Final table line up:
Seat 1: Serge Cantin - 6,960,000 (116 bb)
Seat 2: Mukul Pahuja - 5,945,000 (99 bb)
Seat 3; Derrick Rosenbarger - 1,985,000 (33 bb)
Seat 4: Alexandre Lavigne - 2,150,000 (35 bb)
Seat 5: Lily Kiletto - 370,000 (6 bb)
Seat 6: Sylvain Siebert - 8,435,000 (140 bb)

Prize money:
1: $500,824
2: $340,928
3: $220,170
4: $162,936
5: $121,848
6: $98,574

I'm very happy for lily that she made the final table of the WPT as when it will be shown on air I'll have something cool to watch Tongue but the sad thing is indeed she has only 6BB and will for sure not last long in that show but if she manage to double 2 times then... Smile

Congrats to Lily for making the final table but she is going to have to get very lucky to have any chance of moving up the leaderboard. Still she is going to pick up nearly $100,000 so its a good weeks work!

Sylvain Siebert have started the final table with the chip lead, but by the time the action had come to a conclusion it was Derrick Rosenbarger who was able to hold his nerve as those around him gradually lost theirs. Despite having the chip lead on his side at the start of heads-up play, Pahuja (2nd - $340,928) couldn't fend off Rosenbarger as cruised to the title and the $500,824 top prize.
