Despite starting the final session with the chip lead, Benny Spindler couldn't find a way to win the inaugural WSOP APAC Main Event. Playing his typically aggressive brand of poker, Spindler pushed the action from the start, however, he fell victim to a tough run of cards.
With Spindler out in sixth, Daniel Negreanu was able to exercise his experience over the surviving five players. Indeed, buoyed by the luxury of the chip lead, Daniel was able to pick his moments to strike. After eliminating Burns with Ks, Negreanu had total control of the field and, by the time the tournament reached its final stages, he was able to best Daniel Marton with ease.
Having a 10-1 chip lead at the start of heads-up play, Daniel eventually claimed the WSOP APAC Main Event title, and his fifth bracelet, when his pocket deuces held on against the A-7 of Marton.

Looks like Daniel Negreanu find the best way to take Benny Spindler out of the leaderchip. He may not have done everything alone, but everyone worked on his side.
