Wynn Resorts, a publicly traded corporation based in Paradise, Nevada that is a developer and operator of high end hotels and casinos, will team up with 888 Holdings for online gaming. 888 and Avenue Capital Group teamed up to create the "All American Poker Network" where Wynn Interactive's online gaming site will operate. According to bluff magazine, the online site has already began the licensing process in both Nevada and New Jersey and will move into additional states as regulation open in other markets.

"This is exactly the type of partnership we've envisioned when we formed AAPN with our partners in Avenue Capital," 888 CEO Brian Mattingley said in a statement. "The challenge of establishing a robust, entertaining offering with ample player liquidity is one of our prime goals, in direct continuum to 888′s success in other regulated markets such as Spain and Italy."

Pretty cool, hope they run it well.
888 still my favourite site, can't see myself playing FTP ever and PS is full of Tom Dwanabe's at the lower limits.

I think the explanation of this association is the fact that 888 wanted a part of the online market once US will reglement the online gambling.

Anyways 888 is growing fast and even if it is no match to ps or ftp they are coming pretty fast Smile

excellent hopefully soon have the license to operate in the market of United States. I think next year to live hire USA and the maximum would have a play room where besides that 888 is a trusted site, also hope that more operating rooms soon in USA.

good to see two well known brands (in their respective segments) trying to make some use in working together, to be honest- not really see an end product that will be able to compete with stars/tilt online...still it's a positive move, hope they will surprise the market with something decent

Yeah good news, im waiting for USA to change their laws, you get more players more fishes to owned.

Also 888poker is a really soft site to play on, it is mainly for recreational players, you could really make money there if you want.

Yeah it is pretty soft.

But too many Aussies probably because Shane Warne advertises them. They are the worst players.
