Businessman, entrepreneur, politician, basketball manager and poker pro. Antonas "Tony G" Gouga has many irons in the fire to say the least. Last week he could cross off another thing on his "bucket list" as he got married to his girlfriend of two years, Aiste Slapokaite.
"I have searched for my other better half for a long time and finally found her in my home country. We have tested each other during our two-year relationship, and I can easily tell that my wife is a wonderful person - wise, understanding, supportive, warm, sensitive, accepting me with all my weaknesses," he said after the wedding.
The wedding celebrations were held at Tony Resort near Lithuania's old capital Trakai and several top names of the poker world (Phil Hellmuth, Dave "Devilfish" Ulliott etc.) were there to congratulate their friend and his wife.
"Congratulations to Tony and Aiste," Hellmuth said on Twitter. "The poker world misses him, but the world is a better place with a strong Tony G working to improve it [referring to the work Tony G is doing in the European Parliament]."
