2015 WSOP Main Event: Joe McKeehen Leads Final 3 With Monster Stack

888poker sponsored player Joe McKeehen's stack just keep on growing. The poker pro from Pennsylvania started the final table with 63 million in chips and finished the first day with 91 million.

Now, after two days of play, he has accumulated a monster stack of almost 129 million! That's more than double what his opponents Neil Blumfield (40 million) and Joshua Beckley (23 million) have combined!

The remaining trio are guaranteed to take home at least $3,398,298 each, with a first-place prize of $7,683,346 still at stake! The plan for Day 3, which starts at 6:00 p.m., is to play down to a winner and crown the next Main Event champion!

It looks like its Joe McKeehan's tournament to lose now with such an advantage.I watched him play up til the final table and, even though he got very lucky on one river, he played really well and fully deserves to become World Champion

Those chip stacks may look huge, but the big blind is already at 1 million in chips. So it is basically 129 BB vs 40 BB vs 23 BB. So even the smallest stack can still play a bit, while the 40 BB guy can catch up with the chip leader with one double up.

I discovered this evening that there is coverage of this tourney on UK to , so in a while I am going to tune in and take a look at how it's all going. I'm guessing it's not live due to the timing of it all but will look forward to it anyway. I hope you are all enjoying it.
