Day 1 of the $25,000 High Roller saw more than 250 entries on Monday, a new record for the PCA High Roller, and the registration is still not closed! It's not official at this time exactly how many players survived Day 1, but the 100+ players remaining in the event will be led by Scott Seiver into the second day.
Seiver will be coming back to the 1/2k blinds with a stack of 307,700. Not far behind him are Oleksii Khoroshenin (272,000), Niall Farrell (271,100), and Georgios Sotiropoulos (262,000). A bit further down in the chip counts one will find notables such as Daniel Negreanu, who bagged up 153,300 after 2 entries, Jason Mercier with around 153,000 and triple crown winner Jake Cody with 125,000.
