Alex Jacob's winning streak on Jeopardy! came to an end on Monday. It was the former poker pro's seventh appearance on the popular game show and he ended up in second place after answering incorrectly ("What is twitter?") in the final clue "This social media company launched in October 2010; in 2012, with about a dozen employees and no revenue, it sold for $1 billion." - the correct answer was "what is Instagram?"
In total, Jacob's managed to win $151,809 before being eliminated on Monday. This means that he's made the list of the top 15 all-time Jeopardy! winners. The biggest winner to date is Ken Jennings with more than $2.5 million in winnings.
