The Sunday Storm only costs $11 to play and usually has a prize pool of $300,000. To mark the fourth anniversary of the popular weekly tournament, PokerStars will be hosting a special version (still $11 buy-in) with $1,000,000 in prizes, of which $100,000 is reserved for the winner!
The tournament will be played on Sunday April 19, 2015, at 13:30 ET and you can already now qualify for it through one of many cheap satellites, running around the clock, on PokerStars. Good luck!
Last year's anniversary SS turned out to be a great one for me, this year I barely played cards here or there so I don't think I will try to qualify for this one. POker will wait. Good luck to anybody else who will participate though.
I just won a ticket for this tournament in a satellite at $1.10 entry fee there was 79 entrants and 57 tickets. My computer had som update due and yesterday i had a message that some was ready and i had to restart my computer with an option to wait i was playind so i said wait but forgot to restart it later in the day. So i was playing this satellite 58 players left and my computer just close and restart without any option to stop it. When i came back i had a mais from pokerstars that i had won a ticket. At this timr there are a bit over 25,000 entrants for this tournament.
