One day of play wasn't enough to decide a winner of the single-day €25,000 High Roller event. That's right, three players of 152 entrants still remained after nearly 17 hours of play (around 5 in the morning) when tournament staff were forced to close the exhibition centre (which hosts the EPT) due to casino rules.
The remaining players - Martin Finger (7,640,000), Liv Boeree (3,860,000) and Mark Teltscher (3,700,000) - will return on Thursday at 4 pm local time and continue the battle for the €865,900 first-place prize! Aside from this tournament, Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree will play the Main Event today (Finger and Teltscher were knocked out on Day 1a).
