PokerStars Championship Monte Carlo Super High Roller was played over the weekend. The hefty buy-in of €98,500 + €1,500 attracted 61 entries (including 14 re-entries) to create a €5,948,415 prize pool.

After three days of intensive play, Bryn Kenney ended up as the last man standing for the lion's share of the massive prize pool.

The US pro faced Russian heads-up specialist Viacheslav Buldygin in the final battle for the title. Kenney started with a massive 5-1 lead, Buldygin fought well but could never really threaten Kenney for the title.

Kenney received the top prize of €1,784,500 while Buldygin had to settle for €1,290,800.

Wow these guys are lucky and ruch, they spend time in monte carlo and have no problems paying 100.000 a buyin into poker tournament. I can only spend a dollar or two and even in thus situation try to playnas well as i can, and here these guys spend so much... really lucky guys

only heard of ole schemion from the final table, also greenwood sound solid for no poker related reason whatsoever. yeah dudes have some spare cash to spend on a $100K buy-in, i guess i would better spend it on weed, hookers and vodka but hey some better like to shell out 100k and experience the joy of getting owned with AA's vs 36off.

Many congratulations to Bryn Kenney on winning the €100k buy-in high roller event! And congratulations to both Bryn Kenney and a runner-up finisher Viacheslav Buldygin for scooping a seven-figure payday. I will be sure to watch a replay of the tournament when it becomes available online.

Thats a nice payroll for a three days work. If you can says they were working of course Smile
Almost 2 millions from 100k, is what you call a good investment.
A risky one, but one worth taking.
The rest of the prizes were also good.

The winnings are certainly serious and big, but for those players who can afford to pay a 100000 contribution fee and this is not their last money so for them it was a normal tournament ..... for three days to increase the investment by 17 times for the winner it's certainly cool

Many congratulations to Bryn Kenney on winning this super high roller event and the massive first prize of $1,784,500. He is a well known face at the final tables of these tournaments and it is no surprise to see him winning

100k could buy you lots of quality weed and plenty more $hitty vodka but once in a lifetime I would try out the 100k hooker option just for the sake of it. She probably speaks multiple languages and have two or more diplomas as well for this pricetag. Maybe kicka$$ looks too, right?
