Poker ClubOver CAD$8 million in combined guarantees spread across 12 tournaments is set up during the 3rd edition of the partypoker MILLIONS North America. The Main Event is composed of 5 days and a buy-in worth CAD$10,300, with the guarantee set at a nice plump sum of CAD$5 million. Also, by popular request, the Main Event has been restructured into a player-friendly new format.
There are two other events on the schedule also having million-dollar guarantees: the Montreal Open ($1,100 buy-in) and the High Roller ($10,300 buy-in). There are also two Super High Roller tourneys added in the mix, each having a buy in of $25,300. These marquee tournaments are complemented by 7 other side events and a satellite schedule designed to attract as many players as possible, no matter what their bankrolls are.
The tournament is actually adopting some new exciting changes this time. Prominent updates to the format include two Day 1s, at least 100 live qualifiers and at least 100 online qualifiers, late registration shall only be open for 4 levels. Additionally, the event format is next-day re-entry which means players can only buy-in one time on each starting day, with a max of 2 bullets per player.

I would not go that far saying everybody is satisfied, but they obviously started to reach out for more serious players to rebuild their customers base from the bottom to top. We'll see.
