The British poker pro, who won the 2011 EPT San Remo Main Event, bested a field of 1,338 entries in the $1,100 Opening Event and had to overcame 1 former EPT champion and the defending champion in this event, Aussie Brendon Ruble, on the final table. It was a well-deserved win by Elder who now adds $250,000 to a resume that already features over $1.5 million in tournament winnings!
