In case you missed it, millionaire playboy and poker player Dan Bilzerian threw a naked women off a roof into a pool during a photo shoot for adult magazine Hustler about a month ago.

How did it go? Well, not so good as the naked women, 19-year-old Porn Star Janice Griffith, ended up breaking her foot against the side of the pool. Bilzerian probably could have been more careful, but on the other hand Griffith should not have grabbed Bilzerian's t-shirt during "take off".

Crockfords Casino Accuses Phil Ivey of 'Reading' The Back of Cards

Last week, Phil Ivey, 36, filed a lawsuit against Mayfair club Crockfords at the High Court in London for refusing to give him the £7.8 million he won there in August last year playing Punto Banco, a game based purley on luck.

On Sunday, Daily Mail reported that Crockfords Casino, the oldest casino in Britain, refuses to pay Mr. Ivey because they believe he and his companion (a Chinese women who is banned from at least two casinos around the world due to alleged cheating) could 'read' the back of the cards and get a huge edge against the house.

Phil Ivey Sues British Casino

American poker pro and high roller Phil Ivey still hasn't received the money he won at Crockfords casino (London) in August last year. Ivey, who has 9 WSOP bracelets to his name, won £7.8 million playing Punto Banco at the casino in question and the casino management assured him that the winnings would be transferred to his bank account before August 28th.

Tobey Maguire settles lawsuit

Tobey Maguire, who won $311,000 in illegal home games, will pay $80,000 each to the former clients of Brand Ruderman, who currently is serving time in Texas jail after being convicted of wire fraud and investment adviser fraud. Maguire is now one of 14 people (out of 22) who have settled their cases. Howard Ehrenberg, the bankruptcy trustee who sued the group, said on Monday that the poker settlement total more than $1.7 million. According to Ehrenberg, Maguire's payout is the in same range as the other who agreed to settlements.

"He did not end up with any better settlement than the others," Ehrenberg said.
