Absolute Poker review overviewOverview
Absolute Poker is an online poker room which has merged with the Ultimate Bet poker room in order to form the new and exciting online poker network Cereus Poker Network. This online poker room manages to offer nonstop action at the tables, loose games and an extraordinary number of online poker players.

US poker players are welcome to join Absolute Poker room. The software is fast, looks great and is very playable. There will be many multi table functions along with a good customization. They have one of the most rewarding sign up bonuses out there. The number of tournaments and promotions is high all the time. So if you are hunting for poker bonuses, there is no better place on the Internet than Absolute Poker.

Absolute Poker software reviewSoftware
The online poker software of Absolute Poker has always been one of their top priorities. They have a continuously updated poker client and they are adding new features and making it easier to use with an improved navigation and functionality. Once you visit the Absolute Poker website, you can choose between two poker software versions: the downloadable or the instant play version. If you are a Mac or Linux user, you will still be able to play with the help of the no download version.

Absolute Poker is an online poker room which still allows players to use the Poker Tracker software. If you are serious about winning money, you should always keep track of your play and use the latest poker software available.

At the moment, Absolute Poker is able to offer a good multi table feature. The tables are resizable so you will not have to switch between the windows when you play at more than one table at a time.

Once you start playing at Absolute Poker, you will have many features available; including a 4 colour deck, which is suitable for multi table play, a rabbit cam, instant hand history and video replays.

Overall Absolute Poker’s software is above the industry average. Thanks to the recent updates, you will be able to get a good and bug-free poker experience.

Absolute Poker traffic reviewTraffic
As mentioned, Absolute Poker joined forces with Ultimate Bet in order to form the new Cereus poker network. You will be able to find a good number of online poker players at all times and during the peak hours, the action at the tables will get wild.

The online statistics show that you will be able to find around 1,800 players at the ring game tables. The moment you hit the online poker tournament tables during the peak hours, you will find 9,000 players connected.

Absolute Poker may not be the largest online poker room out there, but you will find a soft competition. This online poker room has seen a slow growth ever since it was founded in 2003. Even though you can find a great variety of games, most of the traffic will be situated at the Texas Hold’em tables. High stake players are not common at Absolute Poker as most of the action is currently at the $1-$2 stake games.

Absolute Poker opponents reviewOpponents
Some of the most interesting games at Absolute Poker are the micro and low stake games. Most of the players at this online poker room will be found at these stake levels and because of this you will want to spend most of your time here. There will be plenty of action at the tables and if you are a good poker player who knows his cards, it is likely that you will score some big bucks very fast. On the other hand, if you go for the $2/$4 stakes and up, you will find a tighter competition. However, this has changed somewhat lately thanks to a good number of new players who have joined the Absolute Poker room.

Absolute Poker tournaments reviewTournaments
If you are an online poker player who enjoys playing online tournaments or freerolls, you should join Absolute Poker with absolutely no restrictions. You may not be able to find the highest traffic level out there but if you stick to the tournaments with low and medium buy in fees, you will find a good number of players all the time and the action will eventually be enough. Once you join Absolute Poker you will find a good variety of Sit N Go’s, Multi Table tournaments and much more. At the moment, there are online poker tournaments with the following poker games available: Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud, 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo and the exclusive WSOP tournaments and freerolls.

All the players at Absolute Poker will start an online poker tournament with the same number of chips. If you play your cards well, your life might change with just a flip of a card.

Absolute Poker cashgames reviewCashgames
Absolute Poker cash game players are concentrated mostly at the Texas Hold’em ring games. Additionally, you can dive and play other types of poker. The online poker varieties that are currently available are Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven-Card Stud, Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo, Razz, H.O.R.S.E. and H.O.S.E.

The pot limit games will start from $0.02-$0.04 and can sometimes go up to $75 or even $150.

Absolute Poker bonuses & loyalty reviewBonuses/Loyalty
It is time to grab yourself a piece of a very generous sign up bonus. You can get up to $500 at 150% match up rate the moment you sign up at Absolute Poker. In this way, you will start winning before you actually start playing a single hand in this online poker room. The moment you join Absolute Poker, you will not show up with an empty hand. Thanks to their rewarding sign up bonus, you will have even more fun at the online poker tables.

To get the bonus money turned into real cash on your poker account, you will have to start playing poker for real cash and earn Status Points. The more points you earn, the faster you will be able to cash in the bonus money. For more information about the bonus you can always check out Absolute Poker’s website, where you can find full details about what you have to do to cash in the money.

Absolute Poker also offers a loyalty program for the players who are loyal for a longer time. The system is similar to the one offered by other online poker rooms out there. Once you start playing poker for real money, you will start earning Absolute Reward Points, also known as ARP. The more you play, the more you earn.

Once you have collected a decent amount of points, you will be able to use them to pay for special tournaments, freerolls and Absolute Poker merchandise, like T-Shirts, caps and other cool stuff.

Absolute Poker transactions reviewTransactions
Absolute Poker is a well established online poker room. For this reason, you will have many online payments options. The payment options currently available are Credit Card, NETeller, FirePay, CentralCoin, Electronic Check, bank draft and wire transfer.

Absolute Poker support reviewSupport
The customer support service at Absolute Poker is available only via e-mail. Once you contact them, you will get an answer fast. Absolute Poker’s website also has a frequently asked questions section, where you can find the answers to the most common questions a new player may have. The fact that Absolute Poker does not offer live chat or phone support, will bring their score down a bit.

All of my remarks are as they purtain to single tqable tourneys or sit and goes as that is primarily what I play. Summary - will not go back if and when my initial deposit runs out. So far Doylesroom and Ultimate bet are the ones I like the best overall. the good: site has disconnect protection, stats are easy to see and use, intant replay of last hand, use your own picture of anything as an avatar. The bad: No player profiles or information, bet slider is a PITA as you have to backspace over it to place bet, No $ labels once you are at the singlt table tourney tables-for those playing 2 tables that can be a pain in the behind not knowing which is a $10 table and which is a $1.

I started out playing here a couple of years ago and i use to like the setup. But now after playing there for so long i have come to hate it.There are way to many donkeys that will call everything with anything everyhand and they suck out more times then they should have. Thats really the main reason i have grown to hate the site is because it almost seems like it is rigged.I know ive heard about how much trouble these people could get into if they were to rig the cards but i seriously question AP.They were once a big poker scandal here recently for cheating and when i heard about that that pretty much sealed the deal for me.Overall i would never play here again if i were you.

I did not care for how they treated you, I was with them for 2 days and bye bye to them, I joined from another web site to get the bonus, I've been playing doyles from the start and full tilt and pokerstars for years also, I never looked at the private freerolls until recently, And relized there were site giving out free promo money, Honestly I never heard of Absolute be4 a week ago, They informed this other site I already was a member and when I asked them about it they said Someone with my name has a account there already, I said its not me, I have a rare name, I asked them for more info and they just said my name was already in use, So I take it that those players with popular names will never get the bonus at Absolute, I looked at private freerolls on the sites I was already on and seen bankrollmob all over the place so I joined them and hopefully all goes well here, So far so good, Bascially I am not a happy camper with Absolute but thats just my opinon which we are all entiltled to are own, Bye and good luck all

Absolute Poker is the other half of the Cereus network. Games on offer are Hold'em, Omaha and Stud. Allways liked the Ultimate Bet clientsoftware better, but the Absolute Poker one is playable too. Cash games start at very low stakes, so even a tiny bankroll has a few buy ins to play there. But it is very difficult to collect points and clear bonuses at those low stakes. They have a Blackjack game that can be played within the poker client. The reputation of the poker room is below average, to say the least.
