Terms and conditions
1. The maximum bonus amount permitted per player or account is €300 (your deposit will be matched 50% in Bonus Funds up to a maximum of €300. If you are holding your account in a different currency you will receive an equivalent amount in your own currency. 2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3. You have to make a real money deposit of minimum €10 to your EnergyCasino account in order to be qualified for the promotion.
4. If you choose not to receive the Reload Bonus, please check in the deposit form the box "I don't want any bonus". Please note that the Bonus cannot be applied to your account at a later date.
5. Wagers made on the following games do not apply for the purposes of this offer: Baccarat, Blackjack, Deuces Wild, Joker Wild, Jacks or Better, Multiball Roulette, European Roulette and Sick Bo.
6. In order to redeem your Reload Bonus, you must wager 30 times the bonus and deposit amount (wagering requirements for customers from Canada, Greece and Romania are 40 times deposit and bonus amount). For example, a deposit of €200 will result in a €100 bonus and you will receive a total amount of €300. You will be required to wager €300 x 30 = €9000 in the casino before you may cash out. To see your bonus and how much you need to wager go to “My account” and click on “Available bonus” in the menu.
7. If a player makes a withdrawal before they have met the wagering requirements, any funds remaining in their Bonus Balance will be deemed null and void and the balance will return to zero.
8. Please note that the Reload can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, IP address or shared computer environment.
9. EnergyCasino will only allow one active real money account. Opening a second account will lead to the closing of your account and to having your bonuses and winnings cancelled.
10. Failure of wagering the bonus within 30 days will result in forfeit of the bonus and eventual winnings.

17. You are not permitted to place bets of 25% or more of your total balance via a single game round, when completing wagering towards a bonus. Players deemed to be adopting such a strategy could potentially be excluded from receiving bonuses in the future.
18. Bonuses are to be enjoyed as an extension of a guest's playing experience, and should be enjoyed as such. EnergyCasino reserves the right to review any guest account after two months of play to ensure game play is within these generally accepted guidelines. Those found to be abusing bonuses will be welcome to continue playing, but will not be eligible for further bonuses.
19. We offer you an option to forfeit your bonuses. All you need to do is go to “My account” and click on “Available Bonus”. To cancel the bonus just click on the "Forfeit" button. However please be aware that if you forfeit a bonus before completing any required wagering, the bonus along with any additional accumulated winnings will be removed.
