Did not receive Mob Points after receiving a bonus
We can only issue Mob Points when we actually click the "approve" button to your bonus request in our backend. Certain bonuses are handled directly by the poker/casino site, hence we do not receive information that you have in fact received the bonus.
This is always the case when your poker bonus request has a status of "Forwarded", then we do not have anything further to do with the bonus and no Mob Points will be issued, even when you receive the actual bonus.
