At first I must agree with you, sure admin has nothing better to do for sure But I must say I am a little disappointed in how well ppl have read my initial post. My point was that imho accusations CAN be made, but olease keep the name out at first. If posters ( and if "nessacary" admin) think the OP has a good ponit, the name can come out. The reason I think this way, is after a few days of following this situation, Í STILL HAVENT SEEN ANY FUCKING EVIDENCE that the person we all know this is about, is guilty!

I agree w/the no name "rule". As far as Flangel being guilty of the accusations... who knows? i did my own research. I sat down at a table and played w/him. Found out all I needed. But back to the original question being posed, here, I would hate for some damaging acc. w/my name slandered... falsely, mind U, all over various internet sites. If I were innocent I would certainly say that's NOT MY NAME. Wouldn't U?

I see, as for actuall name, that should not be put in the post, user name yer, outherwise knda no point in saying anything. Im also with you on no proof, it seams to me Flangel has had to prove his innocence befroe the accuser has prooved his guilt, always thort it should be the outher way around. The accuser should not come her saying BLA BLA and if you want PROOF then email me etc, NO your accusing someone of something, if you have PROOF post it, outherwise its just an acusation and IMO you could be someone that just lost a lot of money even a little at the felt and have decided to take revenge. We should have us thrown him in the water see if he sunk or floated. Im sure we all have our own thoughts on the matter but truth is no one knows facts, only opinions, and if we go by that to judge then lets hope Dunotra does not get power.

pieter b scammed a lot of people, flangel is pieter b. where are your doubts, mate?
flangels explanation was basically bull and that he is a nice guy. he also embroiled himself in lies and contradictions while taking position. i agree though, nothing was 100 % proven from that polish persons posts. and i also did not see anyone ask flangel for proof of his unguiltyness. all he was asked for was an explanation.

its no secret i signed up for bigbet a couple of days ago. unfortunately my 10 $ busted in an O8-cashgame. i am freerolling myself back right now. so yeah, you can catch me in between at merge (MrSincap on BigBet). as soon as i have a bankroll there again i intend to take revenge on the O8-donkeys who took my initial money and play some non-holdem tourneys.

I agree. Although sometimes i see some members talking nonsense here, i think that, like me, they have the right to do it, if BRM decides to aprove their posts. I am not a very good poker playe and sometimes i give advices to members in their way of play, because i like to show my way of thinking about the game. And people can take serious what i write or they can just laughbut i have the right to write it, so i shouldnt be criticized. People can criticize my way of seeing a play or a move and they can say what they think about my movements, but they cant criticize me as a member just beause they want to. We have to respect each other! You've got to do what they told ya!

i think so. yes. same people that published wichblade i think. (its not easy for me to say as in germany it all got published from 3 different houses and i was more buying superhero and spawn comics. i only have like 2 or 3 darkness crossovers) (pitt rocks btw!)
i would probably cry for a while if my comic collection got destroyed by a fire

Me my self and I think the rule's on BRM should stay the same... And I think that if we had PM's on here and sig. links then the scammer may have been able to have pulled off a scam and no one would have known.
So no let's keep it the same. And if I rember right it was flangle that was trying to get signerter links on here.
