why is it so easy to deposit but so hard to withdraw at action poker????i got a no deposit bonus at action over a year ago now...played alot and built my bankroll up to $320....i was told all i had to do was deposit 20 and i can withdraw.did that and tried to withdraw to neteler account.48hrs later got an email saying withdraw denied because i need to provide photo documents of my credit card and proof of id?i dont have a scanner or printer for my laptop so ive got $320 sitting at action poker that i cant touch. not happy!

Did you deposit using your credit-card? If so, I'm afraid you will have to do what they want ( on one hand a good thing, protecting you from fraud). You must know somebody with a scanner and a USB-stick, so it shouldn't be to hard to get your ID uploaded. Since some months I only use Monybookers for deposit, no problems with withdraws. Good luck

As Joe says, this could be very annoying but it for your safe. Just find a scanner and send what they want and for sure you will have your money.

I also got the ndb from BRM for Action Poker, but there is less traffic, so it is really boring to play there. I have over 200 bucks sitting there (won in freerolls), but cannot withdraw them until I have earned 450 POP...

Action poker is run by a bunch of amateurs, i seriously doubt id deposit there again, even though their low limit rebuy tournys are about as soft as you're likely to come across. Shaun was their saving grace here at BRM along with their ndb and neither are here now so meh, I'd rather play against tougher opposition and improve my game than play against majority canadian (no offence) bingo merchants...
I too had a withdrawal problem there and it only took them 3 weeks to sort it out after i provided them the information they needed.

Although, in reply to OP, just send them what they need, it's standard procedure. In all fairness, you would have this issue at any online room, not just Action.

you will have to send the documents , it's standard procedure !!! Protection of fraude and so !!! You can always go to a copy center or friend for printing and or faxing your documents , i am sure you will find a solution for your small problems !
This is being done for your protection, just like a bank asking for ID to make a withdraw. It's funny how easy it is to deposit, but withdraw, need all your info. The reason for the $20 deposit is prob to set up a legit deposit/withdraw link from a reputable source. Then you can transfer back to that source and have no problems doing so in the future once all documents are approved. I just wish these poker sites would have us verify who we are before accepting our deposits/NDB's. It would cut out alot of frustration (also the under age players).

My experience with ActionPoker is excelent. Great starting no deposit bonus, great 1st deposit bonus and zero problems with withdraws. Also very quick support response. I'm very happy with them.
The only problem is that ActionPoker Network is very small. They do need more players.
