I Have had a strange sort of afternoon..../......morning I worked nights last night and didnt get up till 2pm, when i went down stairs no one was in so as i brewed the tea and made the toast i thought....... i'll have a game of poker while its quite (wife out shopping and kids all at school). I sat down to play with toast and tea at hand. Within 30m play id made so many mistakes it was sick. I went all in on 1 table whilst looking at another flop??? I only had 2 tables up, id nornally play 4! Then made some stupid calls for draws and lost over 100BB (good job i was following good BRM) and playing at the right level (a big change from the past) So was I tired? To eager to play? Distracted? At the moment it doesn't matter as long as i learn from my mistake and NO MORE POKER FOR BREAKFAST . . .LoL
I play worst between I would say 1-4 am, bad poker if it's a sitngo and cash games... in MTT it will depend on how much chips I have and if I'm sitting in the average chip counts... if not I donk my chips away... why? Probably because at those time I'm suppose to be sleeping...

The worst game i play, when i have played to long. (after 5-6 hours) And this happens most in the early morning hours. But i have learned from my mistakes!

I voted for late (early hours) because those are the hours when you shouldn´t play at all cause your consertration is not in the best shape. Some ppl ofcourse like playng in middle of the night but that´s not for me!

I find varience a lot lower in the morning till about 6PM uk time. Hmm id vote To eager to play, but an option that was not there playing for the sake of playing, wich is my downfall.

More variance in the morning...Hmmm didnt think of that? BUT I dont really wont to try again to find out.

Actually I can play my worst poker at any time hahaha. This happens to me mainly when I'm tired. Tired after a tough work day or after a long poker sesion. So I've decided to stop when I feel tired, although I be having a good sesion.
It also depend on if I receive some bad beats. I try to do not get on tilt easly but sometimes there's nothing I can do. I've got to improve my tilt control even more.
I would have to say late toward the evening when getting tired. I like to play in the morning when the US/Canadian players are getting into there evening. I am fresh and waking up and they are staying up later and hopefully drinking too

yeah mornings is better i find around 9am-12 noon is the best for cash games due to the alcohol abuse many canadians/american players are liable to consume during theier evenings poker
Probably you didnt' sleep well Usually I play my worst poker ( online poker, I mean ) when I'm not calm and relaxed. For example it's better not to play when wife's blaming on children

I usually play bad when its very late (2AM-8AM) because it means i've spent the night playing so im very tired and also I am kinda bored of waiting good hands so i just go very donkey-aggressive and loose a huge amount of chips. But that is when im running bad
