i play my worst poker when i have played for too long or i have opened more tables than i can handle. usually its late night /early morning(3-6 am) for me. i usually never play during breakfast time

I too play my worst game after like two hours of playing. But I never understand that myself, even though I know it. "Just one round moore." Then I always get JJ on the last hand I'm going to play, and go broke.
Always.
So the worst poker I play is actually when I play my last hand, JJ. Hm... That's a leak I probably could fix...
For me, early morning can be the best time to play, because my head isn't already filled with the day's bulls**t.
Absolute worst time to play poker is when you are eagerly awaiting a good meal, because that is a very powerful eagerness, and often translates to brash/idiotic play.

you win some , you lose some , does not matter if it is day , evening or night , just when i get to tired i lose concentration and that's the time to stop playing for a while .
