keep us posted.. wouldn't be surprised if the ask now for deposit first.. and seeing as you got $2300, you think "well, why not drop $25" or whatever they ask for. And then they screw you round till eventually you lose all to house (which in a casino, is an inevitability sooner or later)
One thing i learnt about casinos, especially online, is that your luck is very very limited. It's not too difficult to make a lil bit of profit.... but oh so hard to times your money a 1000% and pocket it and leave it at just that... the urge to go back is tooooo strong, and even though id make a nice number, always end up going broke somewhere further down the line! lol thats why its strictly NL for me nowadays
OMG! I must complain on casino com ....they are big time scam.....after this story that you can see in quoted text i tried to withdraw!but they are trying to stop that for several times and thought that i will spend my earned money......it have passed 12 days and still i didn't get the money every time is something new! 1. it was the document check - that is ok took 2 days and i was approved. 2.withdrawal was declined because of incorrect bank account data(which was by the way correct ans 3 more days where gone) 3.After explaining to them that everything is ok whit my bank data and that i have double checked it whit my bank they asked from me to withdraw again.I did and they declined my withdrawal again!3 more days passed. 4.when i contacted their online support and explained them my situation they said that my IBAN was not correct (international bank account number).Ive said that i have double checked it and they have sent iit to their finance department for check out(one more day). 5.I got answer from finance department that my IBAN is not correct because letters RS from my code are not good for my country which is Serbia(RS=republic of Serbia ... idiots)....I hook up on chat again and explained situation again,and he asked from me an proof from my bank that this is my IBAN code! 6.because i'm not an idiot i have checked it online and find out on Wikipedia that there is nothing wrong whit my IBAN ,and I've got from my bank statement about iban and swift codes and rest of data for international transaction.I have forwarded all of that to them(including link to wiki).(3 more days) 7.After all of this harassment my transaction was approved today!!!But they left transaction code blank!!!I have contacted chat immediately when i saw it's missing and they told me that they dont have that code and that code is just for me.....I have asked from them to resend it and representative said that he will tell finance department to resend it. 8.Few moments before i started to write this post I've got email from their support "your password request for real money account'' and that relay made me mad!!I replayed to that email and told them that i do not need new password (and much more) and that i need my transaction code to track my payment!
That is it for now!I will keep you posted about my case. This is warning for all of you about casino com! But i'm still happy i didn't payed a nickel and i have earned 600$(if i ever succeed to see them) .
One more thing I have saved every email I've got from them and every chat history whit their representatives and print-screens from my monitor of pending-declined and approved transaction.Does anybody knows is there any good web site for me to file this complain?To sue them or something like that....just to people see how big scam their web site is!!!!
