i dont talk a lot so i will make this brief,,,i have had problems trying to deposit on big bet,,,on the live chat they have been more than helpful,,,apart from laura who didnt know that Scotland was part of the UK,,lol,,,,anyway has anyone had similar probs,,,and if u have can u advice me how to resolve it ,,I am only a few pounts away from my bonus or i wouldnt bother,,

If you can more specific about the problem, I'm sure help is on the way I don't have an account there, but John of BBP is here reguarly.He is very helpfull and so are others here that do have experience with BB. So have patience and keep checking this thread out.

usually problems come when u ask to withdraw, when you have to deposit u find all the doors open anyway if u explain your problem specifically someone will help u for sure

I've just made a first deposit, no problems. It was only for $10, and through moneybookers. When you click cashier, deposit, it opens up a web page where you input some personal data. Your address, phone number. Once done it should take you to moneybookers/other payment method pages, once you've input how much you wish to deposit.
You didn't say exactly where you're getting stuck?

I deposited $10.60 - This is what my €7.29 from moneybookers converted to, but once deposit went through, and it was accepted, only $10 showed in my BBP account. 60 cent just vanished!! Why is this? This would be a concern if I had deposited $106 and $6 went astray! Where is my 60c? I know it's peanuts, but it's mine. And it doesn't inspire much confidence in depositing larger amounts in future.

That would be the currency exchange fees from moneybookers. I withdrew 100$ USD earlier today from BBP, when it money arrived I had 95$ in equivalent in New Zealand Dollars. If the currency withdrawn from a poker room is different to the currency from your moneybookers, moneybookers will charge a small fee for the conversion.
As far as I know, BBP and many sites doesn't charge you for depositing or withdrawing. Theres only a minority of sites that 'may' charge you in a form of getting less rakeback if you get rakeback from them. Examples being Full tilt poker and Ultimate bet.

I use Moneybookers all the time, there's very, very little difference between a room's rate and MB's, and certainly never 6%. That and the awful play on the site are making me glad it was only $10.
All deposits and MOST withdraw options are free. Its not awful play on the site if they charge nothing for deposits unless you wish they charged you. The 60cents is missing will be from moneybookers fee not from BBP.
Edit: Also like to mention i've deposited 500$ in BBP. I was charged nothing and 500$ appeared on my poker account. I was charged by moneybookers for currency exchange fee though.

No matter, I doubt I'll be depositing on the BBP again. F'ing terrible site. At least i now know the initial $10 that got sucked out was no accident. Full house over gull house every other hand in PLO.
We don't charge you for Deposit/WD so in this instance it MB that's the difference as Doomsday points out.
Not sur what to reply to you KG other than the fact that if players are that bad and call with anything and you keep getting suckouts then ultimately if you're playing good poker you'll end up a winner in the long run because you'll always get callers when you have the nuts.
i dont understand ur problem kg i`m what ppl would call a donkey and even i managed to build a nice br on bigbet i made 2 deposits of 25 each cause i busted the initial ten and the first deposit of 25 anyways now im up to 500 so if ur at least half good at poker u can also make it there !!!!
