I just can't keep away from the computer when I'm pissed. There's just... no way. But I only play one table when I'm pissed (otherways two), so I can't lose money as fast.
But I pretty much go even playing drunk, or maybe even win a bit. Guess I'm lucky.
I've tried both online and in person. I would have to say up to a certain point, the alcohol relaxed me so I was able to play a better game. But then kept up with the drinking and my decision making changed drastically. I became super loose/aggressive...lol. You would of thought I had pockets AA's every hand I played. But that was just playing for entertainment so it was just another night for fun. But if I play seriously, I just stick with water/non-alcoholic drinks. I do like to sit in a casino and play video poker and have some drinks occasionally for entertainment.
Yeah, I very often drink when I play, but you cannot cross the limit. Only 2-3 beers or bottle of wine during 2 hours play, otherwise you feel to strong at the table. But I also noticed that on the hangover I win a lot of money

Really? That's interesting. I never fell like playing when I got a handover. Takes me like two or three days before I feel like playing poker again, after an all-nighter.

i don´t play better when i´m drunk but when i play with friends thats sometimes very funny.A friend from me a very good player drinkin everytime a lttle when he go play and in the most time he win

smoke a joint, drink a beer or maybe 2 and put on some nice hiphop music. it's the best combo that works for me. and yes, i'm winning much more than losing.

You can smoke lamb, sounds nice. I like to have a drink at weekends when playing, but not drunk, maybee drunk by the time i finish playing. It does help me play loger sessions, and my left hand does get loanly so its only fair it gets to hold a beer.

lol...I don't drink when I play. Alcohol+poker=tilt + money= bankrupt ahhaha. I prefer to skip teh first step and to avoid teh sequence. If I'm too drunk and I really want to play at that moment I just take a sit at the play money tables or in a Super turbo $1 heads up.

I remember going into a casino for the first time playing £1/£1 nlhe and not drinking cause i was worried it made me play stupid, I was wrong. I frequent a card room now and have about 5-8 beers most of the time. I go their to enojy myself and play loose as there's nothing more boring than playing tight over so few hands, compared to online. I'm up around 20 buy-ins and have cashed a fair few times in their £50 freeout.
I can't say I've ever been, what I call drunk, at a casino. I.E bottle of wine, 10 beers, 5 JD's and coke, cos that's just messy and for friday nights only

When im just a little drunk i own at poker. When im starting to get really drunk i buyin on like 25/50 PLO and think im gonna be rich.. Guess how its end.
Drunk+amphetamine is a winning concept tho. I've won every live-tour i've ever played with that combo. Haha. Dont do uppers anymore tho.
