Yeah I've had a couple of good sessions lately but overall I've been running pretty bad on BBP so it was about time I forgot to mention in #112 that I cleared some bonus, I believe it was $50.

Nice comeback, perhaps you should play more of the small MTT's you had good results in them. On NL4 I played cards not poker. Play the strength of your hand and you will be the winner and don't be shy to overbet fold button and pot odds doesn't exist on NL4

Ty I do my best Hard to say how much I play, some days I don't play at all other days I play 26-27h in 1 day But you can see in most post how much I played on BBP.
UPDATE:
30 min 1 table NL25 and 1 table NL50 ran pretty good and made a decent result despite a stupid mistake in last orbit that costed $7,5.

Thanks for the advice M3 .......anyway another update had a couple of up and down days ... got up to $60 Then went back down to $40 ........... a lot of bad beats in small stt and still struggling with the cash tables at 2c4c .... lots of fish and they are calling very big raises preflop and beating my aces and A,K and Q,Q hopefully though things swing in my favour soon and the best hands hold up ...... if they do ill make a fortune as im putting in raises of 40c pre flop with A,A and getting called by hands like 4,7 suited and loosing so when things turn in my favour the money will come back my way ... I hope anyway. On the positive side played a $2 omaha h/l mtt tonight ......AND WON ... that gave me $33 So now have $72.50 ....... weird played 4 mtt on this site Won 2 made the final table and money on one and lost one ..... not used to such good results in mtt due to the variance with so many players ... maybe its because there has only being about 50 players in each of them. Delighted with the win tonight though as i really like omaha h/l ....... well hopefully i can continue to build on this its being tough so far but nothing worthwhile is easy

well done mmmaaarrccc good going for only a weeks playing ........ what have you being playing (it took me about 3 weeks to hit 200 points) As for the horrible players i can only persume you have been playing on the cash tables as i find them crazy on them .......... stt and mtt games i find are fine, people seem to play fine on these. Anyway keep it up and let us know what you have been doing to reach the 200 points, and best of luck reaching the next 400,

UPDATE:
I've been taking a break from BBP, not because I want to but because the time haven't been there. Since last update I have played 2 sessions on BBP, both ~ 2 tables 1h.
First session I got my stack in 3 times, 2 times way ahead that I lost and 1 time way behind that I lost.
Second session im still running under EV until this happens: I CRAI KQo 100BB on 9 2 2 K villain snap calls and shows limp/called/called cbet AA River K......LOL I sucked out
A small bankroll was build and because the site is tax related im thinking about ending the BBP grind here or maybe do 1 or 2 sessions more and hopefully stop at $1K

Yor making good wind there M3 1 suck out dont mean jack keep on rolling, im a bit gutted I went win or lose thingk id be rolling too if id stuck with it. But saying that playing PT it was a -Ev for me. But I guess as yourself monyy rolls faster at the home you know well. Your gonna pay the tax man whatever way so I dont see that as a problem for you, but saying that I dont know your ins-out on that. Anyhow it shows all it can be done $10 can go alog way when used in the right manner. Hope PPl can take a few things from this thread. Ill join you in the next grind, was fun.

Sorry to see you are thinking of finishing up on the bankroll builder M3turbo ... you have been doing fantastic and im always amazed at how much you have turned $10 into ... keeps motivated to try and catch up ..... he he he im so far behind still only $70 but working on it
------------ Quick update ........ had a quick sessino on 5c 10c table managed to double up my $10 buy in so now up to $81 ........ should be able to play a lot to-day so my goal is to try and make the $100 mark .... had a few nice hands ....... had one hand A,K called a all in preflop bet from a small stack who had gone all in preflop 5 out of the 10 hands since i sat down at the table so decided odds were i had the best hand .... he had A,Q .... i hit .. made $3 there and other main hand i raised with K,K got 1 caller ... flop comes 3clubs all low ...he checks i bet he calls turn comes Q he pushes all in for $3 i decided to call as i have K,K and King clubs ... i win he had Q,9 (9 of clubs)... a couple of more small wins and i leave the table with $19 ish..... hope the rest of the day goes the same .... will try 5c 10c table again but if i loose my buy in Ill drop down again.

well after a lot of hard work over the weekend now up to $92.61 ...... slow going but managed to win a bit on the bigbet cash tables ........ need another 165 points to finish level 3 ....... being playing 2c 4c tables as i couldnt get a open 5c 10c , it will feel great to hit the $100 mark so keeping my fingers crossed i do it and not drop backwards

Hmmm no one left grinding ???? well i dropped back a bit but won another fast fifty ... winning $8 so have $90.81 ....... having a good run on these think its my third win plus have a third place too ... if only i had the same look in a bigger buy in .....anyway onwards and upwards ....really want to hit the $100 mark ..... only need a 117 more points to hit next level .......

Admittedly i've been hovering this thread for quite a while & really impressed with some of BRM'ers progress so far, great job guys, keep it up! - I have my own challenge on the go at fulltilt, $0-$1K. started with nothing 2 weeks ago & took down 1st out of 2000 runners for $15, been grinding nearly everyday for 1-2 hours or so & my regular ipoker sessions aswell & a lil BBP. The fulltilt 2c tables were maniacal & annoying, constantly up then down, the 5c tables i liked more even tho both are very soft & ive been running super hot last 2 days, aswell as winning a bunch of $2 SNGs in a short period of time..... current bankroll total = $96. Dunno if i'm going to go the full $1k on FTP since i can't get rakeback, but considering withdrawing & continuing instead on Bodog or a new site..... any suggestions from the grinders for sites with good 1st deposit bonuses & decent rakeback?

Wow 2 weeks thats great ...... I would challange you to a race to a $1000.00 But at the rate im going you probably hit the $1,000,000 first ...... as for small cash tables lol know what you mean Bigbet are crazy ...... play on another site that i have a bankroll on from another crowd .... way easier no real crazy play ...... strange how some sites are so different. As for moving youre money from full tilt ... great idea ... get a site with racke back i have another bankroll from previous mentioned crowd and i get racke back on it ...... its great getting money back weekly for your rake contribution..... as soon as i finish this bigbet bankroll builder im going to ask bigbet for rake back as i want to play on a site that does it as it makes a difference and i would like to stay with bigbet and make them my main site..... dont have any suggestions for which site to change too maybe you should start a thread and poll and ask ..... i think a few mob members like cake poker site anyway hope you keep posting here as having somebody to compete against keeps me focused and pushes me to build build build
Yea mate the microstakes on Fulltilt is one bigggg fishtank, most of the players ive seen at NL5 have been pretty damn bad with their silly plays, the min bets/min raises & the notorious limp followed by the push all in to a raise when they have a monster haha & the sng players are even worse lol. Shame i cant get any rakeback there since i hear microstake up to NL50 is pretty soft with a couple of regulars/sharks around the waters but without RB im most likely guna withdraw & put it somewhere else since the Fulltilt 10% rake is a total profit killer that makes the micros really hard to beat. Btw, we should defintley do the $1K race, i need the extra motivation plus somewhere to post my progress. Altho you have the next 2 and half weeks to put out a lead on me since im off on holiday 2night, but i will be back up & grinding & posting progress on the regular when i get back, Good luck sir!

Well have moved on to next level after reaching another 400 points .... got the bonus $35 which helped me go over the $100 (needed it as had a bad day one day last week and lost $25 on tourneys and cash) but going well at the moment have hit $146 ..... just made $20 profit on a $3 rebuy tourney so fairly happy ......... plus playing better on cash tables and winning so all in all quite happy ..... have to clear the 750 points now to complete this level but think i have 40 points done so far ....
Have to say working through this bonus has kept me fairly disciplined regarding bankroll management ..... hopefully now that i have more money i will stick to it and not squander it by playing above my means ....

well still growing had a few bad days lost around $24 on cash and tourneys but came second last night in the $100 guaranteed and won around $35 so back up to $158 .... played a couple of points tourneys and won so used some to register for a $3 one rebuy tourney for later there is $500 guaranteed ... might get lucky there .... going slow though making points to clear bonus ..... have to make another 660 to clear this level but no rush

Danes have to pay ~50% of winnings from US sites and 0% of winnings from EU sites. BBP does not have EU license which means 50% winnings goes to the tax office. This is less important when grinding NL4-25 but as soon as I play NL50+ I think it's a waste of time grinding on half salary without rakeback and it's not possible to use my tracker. I haven't played on BBP since last update, but I haven't withdrawn either im thinking about making a final stab.....like a marathon session with 4 tables NL50.

sick down $25 to day bad beats everywhere ... cash reraise a raise and he goes all in preflop i call with K,K he has A,J hits full house tourneys beats everywhere .... glad the day is over ....... poker variance crap .... maybe tomorrow will be better........
Well after a nice break away from the tables, it was good to get back and i had a great first week where i went from $95~ to breaking the $135 mark (without RB or bonuses). The week after was absolutely terrible, coolers everywhere (also a couple of tilt calls & plays didn't help), fish calling my PSBs down with mid pair & somehow rivering flushes or better full houses lol. Decided to jump into the $5 SNG's with about $110 to try recoup & again ran horrible, my kings into aces 2wice(!!!!!), set over set & to make things even worse my internet went down while running 4 $5 sng's lol so that was another $20 down the drain, finishing a sad week at $65. Quit for a couple of days & this last week & half has been EPIC running sooooper hot. Just right now was up 4 buyins on 2 different NL5 tables. Yesterday i took down one of those 180 man tourneys for first & also a 1st and 2nd place finish in the 27 man SNGs to bring my current BR to $195 so very happy about the quick turnaround. Moving the roll within the next few days as im going to be at NL10 and i would have got $30 for my play if i had rakeback at FT, which is just toooo much to miss out on, as much as i enjoy FT.

nice recovery ...... ha ha youre still beating me ...... even though u had a break .... got myself up to $170 two weeks ago then had a horrible run dropped to $115 ...... managed to get back up to $140 but its being like that for a week now .... also trying to start a bankroll on pokerstars won a satellite and cashed in the token for $11 so going to use this to build another bankroll ....... playing 45seat mtt at .25c if under $10 and 18 seat mtt at $1.20 if over $10 looking to get to about $30 and play the $4.40 180 seat mtt at the moment have $14.95 and in second place out of 11 in 18 seat mtt ....
