Providing 24 hr live support would be ideal but is very difficult. Large companies like poker rooms can afford to do this but often there is still complaints; wrong information is passed on, support staff are not advised properly, the problem is often simply passed between staff and never gets solved. I'd rather well trained, responsive support some of the time than useless support all the time. If you have problems when support is offline, write in the forum and maybe admin or some of the members can help.
