I have tried for several days to enter "bigbetpoker" both with link from bankrollmob and by writing adress directly. Anyone else have this problem? My browser does not seem to find it at all - I have no problems with any other poker page.
I live in Sweden but that should not have to do with anything - if this poker client is for limited countries I should at least get a response from the server..

this is weird - I cant reach bigbetpoker from the links provided on this page or by writing "http://www.bigbetpoker.com/" - I tied both firefox and explorer and I do not have any issues with any other adress. Although I did manage to reach the page and client with "http://info.bigbetpoker.com/en/poker/terms.html"
If I download the client externally I guess there will be problems with my bonus since I am unsure about if the cookie is valid?

I'm having problems at the moment getting in to BigBet. I live in Sweden also. And last night I did get in, I was drunk as f**k nad won some money. Like, at least 20 $, propbably more. Maybe 40. Wanted to see exactly how much now, but the client says i got the wrong password. No Sir! I aint got the wrong password. You got the wrong password!! You can't handle the right password!!
And such...
But, maybe its something temporarily with Sweden? If I aint getting in during the day I will write a very upset e-mail to somebody. Perhapps the King, or Silvia, I don't know, but some mf is gonna feel my wrath...

lol You can't arguee with a PC about your password. Maybe you have changed it while drunk?
S**t man! You got me sweatty there for a while. But now it works again. About 30 bucks +
But I beg to differ. You can actually argue with a PC. Better than arguing with the wife. Why? The PC doesn't say that much, and in the end you win the argument. Never happened with the wife...
Sir, I understand you even more than you think. And your nickname tells me a lot because in Russian "pjot" means "he drinks" or "he is a drunk". Cheers mate! Vashe zdorovie!

I only have problems trying opening their home site and sometimes their rewards site otherwise their client runs fine for me besides some infrequent disconnection problems.

I have very often the same problem, can not open the reward site and also bigbet main page, but can always play without a problem. I have investigated and found out, the problem is on their server, they block some IP ranges... I have contacted several times the support, they say always they will forward to the tecnical department and they will solve it and I will receive an e-mail, since 3 months no e-mail
I have no big problem with that, as I simple use another internet access with another IP and can go to the page... but I really do not understand why they do not solve that...

We've been looking into this but it's not that we're blocking IP's.. it's the ISP's in the individual country that causes the problems.
We're still trying to get out pages "white-listed' but it takes time.
