30 minutes ago i was playing a few sngs, and bam the software freezed. I tryed to realod.."Unable to connect.." A few minutes later the connection was succesfull, but in 2 sngs i was busted ( high blinds, just a few players left..) And this wasn´t the first time it happend. Lost several $ cause of this. AND THIS SUCKS SO HARD!!!

It happened to me several times on mansion poker, but playing MTT, the software was falling every 10 or 15 minutes and ended up losing the tournament obviously, for this Under a lake stop playing in that room. not to other users if the same thing happened?

normally bbp is very stabil. but happend to me today also, i think it was related with a serverupdate ... lost also some sngs for this
i had to close the cliente, restart, receiving the update an then everything was working... but at least 5 min. lost, in the end level of a sng terrible

This has not happened to me. But yesterday it felt like the client was working slower and slower. It was like I had a bad connection. But the bar said it was OK, AND I played antoher site at the same time, and there I had no probs whatsoever. So, I think there was something strange with BBP yesterday.
But it was the first time ever it has happened to me.

Hasn't happened to me yet. Although sometimes the connection spikes and lags. Probably from the updates they were having this past week. Prehaps its time they upgraded their servers ?

The way you tell it looks like they made it on purpose so you loose. That never happened to me. Sometimes i have had problems but only because of the bad net connection, and i had to restart the PC, which takes a bit because it has the disk full of stuff, and when i was able to get back to the game, i had already lost a few hands, but never nothing to serious. One time happened when i was on a MTT final table and i also got mad, but i cant blame the room because of that.

it happened to me once, i played SnGs, too. the worst thing about it was that i played a higher buy-ins than usual. i played 8 tables and busted at 4 and i was shortstacked at the other 4. i was already in the money two times, but the other players just shared my blinds until i was all-in. it was on titan poker btw. (and i do not play there anymore)
I had a previous similiar experience on titan poker. I was multitabling 6 Sng's & my connection to their server was for some reason disconnected & no matter what i tried i couldn't reconnect... & the worst thing about this is that my internet pages were loading up fine & it was relatively late stages in a couple of these sngs.. all of which i wasn't following "conventional" bankroll management at the time so when i did manage to reconnect i had already bust out of 3 & was very shortstacked in all the rest but 2! Lost a huge amount of my NDP bankroll & went on super tilt & ended up busting out of the other 2 aswell lol Lost most of the BR thanks to that, but hey now i know to stay within my BR if anything like that were to happen again... even though i dont use titan any more since that time

Just like me!. I had this kind of problem at Mansion too, but never at BigBetPoker. Once I was playing a heads-up S&G and I ended losing all my chips without playing a single hand!. Of course they did not give any solution. Luckly I haven't had more problems since then.

Yeah this fooked me up to i was playing 4 tables and they all went for a shite. It took ages for me to log back in and when i did i had to select sit in in every hand or it folded me! so wiered. its only happened to me once though. But sometimes it gets very slooooow and i have often missed a hand or two due to this.

I didn´t meant that BBP is "rigged"! I just wanted to know: Is the software sick, and happend it to other players too? Or is it my computer( or whatever)wich causes this errors? Because my internet, the browser and so on, were still running, just BBP "bam!" and down..again!
We had a couple of people report issues yesterday and we queried other people we had on chat and they reported no problems. We spoke to Merge and there were no issues on there end so I'm not really sure what the issues were for some people. I was on the site all day and had no problems.
If you do experience problems then please let us know right away.
This unfortunately happens. I read online that poker sites have disconnect protection but some sites have revised there disco plan because people were abusing them. People would play a hand and if it looked like they were going to lose, they would unplug there computer connection to make it look like they lost connection and would try to get there money back. Only site I know of that was having these kinds of problems did some looking into and actually sent out an email and refunded some of the players without them having to contact support.

Yeah, this happened to me several times as well. I was once playing in a MTT and was in a very good position when suddenly the supply of elecricity broke down for my whole town. When I got back at the tabels after one hour, I had lost most of my stack and didn´t even finish ITM. The other day I just lost the connection for not more than two minutes (my own fault) and had to see that I got dealt QQ, KK and AK. Really bad luck, but I suppose you have to get used to bad luck when you play poker
