By the way, limping with KQ isnt considered like tight, at most like serious. Revise poker man...

I totally agree. And limp-call J9s neither ahahah.

Playing it the way you did, you gotta let it go. Too much that can beat you.

For me the aces are good the 50 % when you get them,

me lose a lot of hands with three aces in flop vs a flush ore stair...

very dangerous, be sure you can win the hand. Tongue

In my mind you played this badly, particularly on the flop and turn. When you bet and call a min raise you're not getting any information and just making the decision tougher at the next stage. I would have put him on two pair also. In which case you can't keep calling hoping to hit the ace. I mean what if there was no ace. You'd still have to call the river after all the chips you've committed.

What I think you should of done is check-raised the flop. This has risks as you might allow him to hit a flush or straight but on a flop like that alarm bells should already be ringing. Your read on the other player says he has a hand so you don't want to get into a dangerous situation here. If you make a strong raise and get re-raised you know your opponent is very strong and then you should fold. If your opponent had bet with a pair he would fold being tight on a flop like that. If he checks behind you, unlikely with a monster hand, you can bet on most turn cards but still being careful not to commit yourself.

Its all about Dollar .... No just kiddin or??? I must agree with you (awood88)! If it was me that were playing with theese cards i would re-raise the flop! With a high pair on your hand its important to push your opponoments! And this is exactly why! After the flop is dealt your hand can be (almost)worseless!
After the flop, turn and the river cards hit the tabble "almost anything" can happen! Especially with that straight draw! Its easy to say now but you should have folded the flop! Or i would go all in after the first raise before the flop! But hey its poker... ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN POKER! Specially when its a freeroll! Some people dont care when playing freerolls! Its easy to beat people out of a freeroll tournament because they dont know what they are doing Thumbs Up But the other way around its also very easy to loose your stack when playing freerolls etc! Again because some noobs dont know what they are doing! Thumbs Down The only right way is to play tight and keep your eyes on the other players at the table! Blink

Its hard to fold aa but the board was very dangerous and it was obviously that he has two pair or straight because of his raise

then u must fold if he is an tight player.

Your first mistake was before the flop; with 2 limpers already I would have raised minimal 6x BB, ( 4x Big Blind + 1 for every caller yet). Then only hands like AK or PP would call (you hope, lol).

Two raises from a solid player should ring some alarm bells. And you have only one pair on a very dangerous board.
