That's not what he asks or writes about in the post - but either way, they will not accumulate It's one of the things made to have users come by as often as possible. Also if they would accumulate, we would have thousands of users with 10, 100, 200 shots available making the Mob Safe worthless as it only requires 1000 shots on average to crack it.
