I know it sucks but not much you can do about it since it was your service lost not the poker rooms. Since the other players were able to continue playing out the game. Take B1's advice, but if you actually use it then you have to take a pic and post it here on BRM.

I'm shocked that you did went to the poker support as maybe you wanted a refund, as said above, it's the service who failed and not the poker room so go to your internet provider service and ask them the refund and not the poker room

Could have been worse. I've lost my connection for hours in the middle of a mtt with a huge pot and not made the payouts. I live in a student residence and sometimes connection disappears for a while with no warning. It makes me really angry but there's nothing anyone can do. You can't expect the pokerroom to wait for you to reconnect. Otherwise tourneys would never finish.

This is a reeeeeeeeeeeal bitch. Has happened to me four or five times. I have bad wires in the house, and its my own house, so I can't blame anybody either. Twice in double up SnG:s. Once I was a massive chipleader, so I ended up in first place anyway, and once in the beginning, so I just lost a few hands, and was right back on track again.
Two times in MTT:s, and I dont think it changed the result much. Usally I get it up running within ten minutes. Now, I have two Internetconnections, one is wireless, so f**k you bad wiring! That's what happens when you f**k up! You're out of here!
Change internet provider. Most of times we think conection failure is dependin on poker room but it's difficult to say. All of us had, almost once, same problem and there's nothing to do. Just to know, what is the poker room you were playing on ?
